Hey Gary,
You said that you have been focusing on retail business for 4 years now, thats great to hear. If you don't mind my asking, how do you go about getting your retail business right now????? I always like learning how other people do retail and go about getting it. Thanks

Gary,

You pretty much boiled down the essence of basic wsr prospect-digging in your two posts.

I agree re fleets. If they have less than twenty vehicles, I either rely on them to call me or roll by no more frequently than every two weeks without them calling me.

Even then, I make it a point to meet each driver somewhere down the line and give them a business card and a short blurb about wsr. Not only does that bring in personal business, but, they are more inclined to turn in the w/s damage to the vehicle maintenance manager rather than ignoring it.
