I store both my pit resin and polish upside down in my kit and have a heck of a time keeping them (mostly the pit resin) clean. What do you guy do? Also the droppers, what

And it get worse in very hot weather! You get a spurt of resin when you open. Store it upright and rather keep your thick resin bottle full.
Try not to use droppers, they break, get clogged, have to be cleaned and can introduce contamination to your resin. Try a miniature plastic funnel they work much better for me - about 50mm long and 15mm mouth.

Chiprite is right. Keep the bottles up because when it gets warm the air will expand in the bottle and will push the resin out. More that you want to use.

On the thicker resin or pit resin I will tap the bottle on something to get the resin to settle to the bottom before I open it...

I'm working under sunny circumstances and high temperatures , 80 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit almost every day and because of this, every time when I'm working on a repair, I keep a white towel or my uv shield over the opened toolbox to cover the resins and pitfiller from curing and heating up in the bottles. Every repair takes prox 20 minutes and 3 repairs is already 1 hour in the hot sun , also the glass and plastic bottles are cooling down slow betweem repairs when they have been in the direct sun !
