Networks require 1 yr. experience?

Post by yeauxusmc »

I did a search on this subject but could not find any info on this. Either I am blind, are going to be a guinea pig on this subject. From what I'm gathering is that the networks require a min. of one year experience to sign up. If so, do all neworks have the same requirements. I totally understand the networks having this requiement because of so many new techs not taking the time to learn the business before diving in. Is there any way that new techs wanting to take the time to attend training, learn business and produce quality repair allowed to sign up with any networks. If so, with your experience, which networks do allow this and if not, how did any of you without one year tackle this problem. Any info would be GREATLY appreciative.

Thanks,

You may bill them and get approvals as early as your first day the only thing that comes from being signed up with them is referals which are limited anyways. If you sign up with a service for you billing (ACT) they sign you up with all the networks without needing to be at it a year

GlassStarz, do you have the url for act, and what do they charge for their service.also do they take the liberty of signing you up with all the networks, or just a few.

Thanks

ACT is through liquid resin and is a great company to cut your teeth with. They have a variety of option that help you gain confidence in billing and understanding the process. They sign you up and as a shop under their name.
