Failed repairs?

It's very rare for me to get called back on a star or bullseye repair. Long cracks are another story. I've only had a handful of call backs a year from cracks. Especially when the damage is in the black area at the bottom of the windshield, sometimes a small crack from the star gets missed because it's difficult to see. Also, every once in a while, the end of the crack where I drilled and filled it looks great when I leave, then grows out later on (sometimes 1-2 years later!!!)
