I might not be to smart, but I don't understand those duds getting into the windshield repair business and asking questions that are handled in treads befor and can be looked up with some effort.
When I got into this business I spend night after night going trough them to understand this business and learn the tricks !
Go to the archive first and find the answer befor popping your question.
Sounds rude, ok let it be , but don't waste valuble space on this forum !

Ok, you're right caz. I shouldn't laugh at his valuable system. I just couldn't help myself. I guess for some people his stuff might teach them something but for the money they'd be better off to learn from this forum.

I bought Scotts system a while ago cause I admit I am no salesman so if a fella gets a tip or 2 out of it or uses one of his supplied templates then all's good.It really is too much info to eat up all at once so I just crack it open once in a while read it and say "now theres an idea" or maybe grab something off the supplied cd.Heck his info is probably bigger now.Give him a call as he is a nice guy to talk to.

I bought one too, and thought it contained a lot of valuable info. Like Toab, I thought it was a bit too much to absorb all at once, but I certainly felt like I got my money's worth, so I don't begrudge the fact that Scott is making a few bucks on it. He must have thousands of hours into it!

I don't agree with Scott on everything, but then again I don't agree with anyone on "everything". I've been repairing windshields for 20+ years and I'm still learning, so I would advise new technicians to get all the help they can when they first get started.

I agree with caz and split that most of the info can be found on the windshield repair forum, but for some looking through 26,000 posts can be a bit daunting, especially those that are not familiar with this type of community.

While I have a vested interest in the windshield repair forum, I certainly would not discourage anyone from checking out Scott's Windshield Repair Success Program.

Unfortunatly we have some folks that really live for the negative and find fault in everything. Always have some smrt derog comment without really knowing much about what they are talking about. Sometimes you have to wonder whether they actually make a living at WR "but thats a discuss for another thread"
Scotts program is well layed out tells a guy where and how to make money all for the cost of about 3 repairs? I would have saved months of trial and error and made a better living quicker if I had bought it when I first started for any person in this field there is a wealth of information to be found there.

Aww lighten up GS. Some people just don't share your opinion all the time. But that's another thread! lol And that doesn't mean they can't make a living at WSR. In fact, they may not agree with you and still make a better living!

As I have not read it I am not in a position to comment on its content, unlike Splitpit and GlassStarz who I am sure both have otherwise they would not comment themselves.

I am sure I would learn something from almost any written sales manual and most guys find them a great motivational tool. I find it incredible how little the guys in this trade are mainly willing to invest in themself. Many have very little tooling, will not spend on advanced training, etc. etc. Come on guys a little of speculate to accumulate is called for or is that another thread.
