Mr. Glass, Welcome! I am new to this forum like you so I really don't have any advice to share. I just wanted to respond and say hello. Good luck in your business.

Welcome to "the place" for windshield repair info. I wish I had something like this when I started out doing it in 1990 or 91. Had no training for first few years (just a Delta video and a big honkin vacuum pump and bridge), then a friend give me bits of advice, part of which I later found out to be wrong! My W/R results weren't too good and I always had pinstriping and seat repair to fall back on, so I didn't push for doing a lot of Windshield work. Times are different now with the need to diversify. Thankfully I'm getting better results, and a lot of the reason is due to this forum. One of these days soon am going to take in one of those training times at Delta, only about 17 yrs too late!, but better late than never. That's probably the best advice I could give you too - get some hands-on training, only don't wait 17 yrs.!
