If daytrader was dealing with "Joe's Glass Shop" we wouldn't have this stupid bickering. He is providing excellent service to his customer when it comes to saving them money. In turn, that customer will continue to be a good and loyal customer. If only that "S" word could be changed out in your network, daytrader. Let's return to a polite and tactful conversation ladies and gents.
