I was just in Maryland a few weeks ago training a tech. From what I've seen it's a healthy market for repair and pricing was above average levels compared to other states in the US I visited. The only negative noticed was that cost of living is very high in some MD areas.

The cost of living is extremely high in MD. i have done a few RV repairs and some repairs on high end autos down there. Bu I try to keep my travel time to less than 2 hours one way and i do charge accordingly..

Yes, the cost of living is very high in most of MD. I believe it is in the top five of the most expensive states to live in. I near Salisbury and if I start my business I am looking to operate in Somerset, Worcester, and Wicomico county at first.
