I use a sponge with a glass cleaner that perform like no other cloth. As seen on tv Microfiber magic sponge. One side of the sponge is very useful to remove the residue. The other side is to make a brilliant sheen!

I have long known about Dawn's versatility for cutting grease. (some car detailers use it) Didn't know about it as a windshield cleaner. Does it leave things streak free at least as good as Windex?

Which would be a good product to sell to potential customers? I have had a couple ask me what cleaner I use hopeing it was some special stuff. I just use windex but am not totally happy with it. Something I could make a buck or two off of would be nice to help with gas.

we were using sprayway, which I like a lot, but now we get a package deal, spray, primers, urethane, etc in one kit so we're stuck with the dow 3m cleaner. It works well, just not as "impressive" foamy stuff.

customers love it. sometimes we give it away to someone to help build that loyalty, we have couple regular fleets that are addicted to it, we just give it to them because we have an excess of it.

We sometimes sell it for $4/can and people drive 20 min one way to get the stuff. definitely worth it.

sprayway or the betaclean (thats the dow stuff, I had to go get a can).
We get all of it from PPG, if you have a warehouse near you, I"m sure they can get it for you. sprayway's part # is 50/12. (it's my preference). List on the can is $5.48, we pay around $2.40 for it.

I can't find a part # on the betaclean by itself. It comes in a kit we buy, you could try the ppg sundry# @ 877-320-6060 (hope it's ok to post that, we buy our delta products there!) They would be able to find it if they sell it by individual cans.

Me? I'd buy sprayway.

I know that Glass Doc (I think it's them) has their own cans printed up, I think they sell them to customers. No idea for how much.

We have the sprayaway also but I get it locally at 1.25 a can, that is retail. Also folks need to be informed that it has no ammonia to ruin the aftermarket tint work also. You have spotted the folks who come in with the purple tint wright? They were told when they had the film applied not to use ammonia based cleaners. Oh well people just don't know bout that. Oh and I get my sprayaway from a whosaler I have been useing since 1982, then have the best bug spray too, also a sprayaway product. You can watch the bugs fall from the sky, it's a hoot!! One shot and their history!! Very good products. JMO, Scott
My best mentor one said " be fair with your priceing but never too low, be honest with your customer/competition, when the day is done be sure you have done "good works", and always leave something of value on the barganing table!!

While my friend and trainer/ mentor Ray has moved on, his words live.

Sprayway is the best. I get mine at Costco. Also sell it at the site for $4.00. I sell quite a few cans. The best streak-free stuff I have found - and takes dried-on bugs off in a snap.
