What's the most money anyone has made in a year and what did you do to make that much and what do you plan on doing different this year?

In the past I have answered questions like this and then been shot down for leading newcomers on and also others on the forum have questioned the ability to earn so much. I will say my best day ever was
33,000 + screen repairs over 18 years and still learning.

As a part timer, I had my best year last year. Every year, fortunatley has been better than the previous. Hard work is what it takes. More of the same. Sorry but I do not discuss financial information, especially on the forum.

My best year ever is this year. I have been doing repairs for about a little over a month. I am now in the clear. All my equipment is paid for, anything from here on now is profit. I have a good feeling this year is going to be profitable.

Eddie,

If I had your money, I would burn mine, you old dog!

Sorry forum, but what I make is private even if it is $1.00. If someone wants to know what is "potentially" monetarily possible in this business they should look at what the manufactuers profit charts suggest. Our those charts possible sure, are they realistic, probably not unless you are very well established. You will have to try to gauge yourself and be realistic about it.

Better adivce to someone I think someone would be to know that it takes hard work to make this business work, and if they do not have the drive to sell might not be as profitable as someone else. On the other hand, if they do could be very profitable. Of course there are many demographic factors that would play a role as well and should be researched. So you see what I make or what anyone else makes does not matter.

For myself, I do not care what anyone else is making. I am not in a competiition with anyone. I do the best I can for myself and hopefully it stays progressively better than my previous efforts.

Sorry for the politicians answer guys did not want to be rude and say "it is none of anyones business what I make".

PS. This may be smiley's last year racing, he will be a privateer again, possibly on a Honda. I think he will be focusing on his son who will be better than his old man ever was if he sticks with it. Drop me a line with your number, I lost it.

I made well over $200,000 last year but lost most of it due to insurance charge backs for failed jobs, darn it!

LOL funny split,, I am not much of a go getter so I just do insurance work mostly with the occasional job from my lettering on my car or yellowpages. during the summer $750.00-$1000.00 is normal working from 4-10 hour days averaging about 30 hours a week. someone really hustling should make 2k a week I would think. I can't hide my income since lynx and harmon both know :) I am sure this year will be better since I am getting more favored by insurance companies each year.
