I just purchased a slide hammer from DK and this morning I tried it out.
I was very impressed!. Very nice! Effortless bullseyes!
After I used it a couple of times, though, the allen screw on the end of the slider came unscrewed, so I applied a drop of Loctite to the threads of the allen screw and tightened it back up.
I believe Nomad is the inventor. Wonderful idea! Good job!
Thank you.

Re: Slide Hammer
Thanks a lot for all the great comments.
If you ever pop a bullseye for the end of a crack and the crack doesn't move into the hole on its own, you can put the end of the probe on the glass between the hole and the crack and tap to walk the crack into the hole. Works really well for me. Just don't tap too hard right away until you get the hang of it.
Glad you all like the tool.
