Totally sweet looking set up. I am thinking of getting into the tent side, I am new and mobile but don't like the door to door dealer ship work. I am not good with cold calling type sales. When customers come to me its a done deal though :). Nice to get me motivated with those pics.

Good comment Dave, I myself is getting started in this buisness and also thought that a tent would look tacky so I talked to a friend and she hooked me up with a 30 truck fleet account! I think I will only use a tent if buisness gets slow ha ha.

Scott I thought the same thing about tents, but I think if done right can look pretty good. Also in my area not many even know you can fix a windshield chip. For me this would be a good way to get the word out. I am not much of door to door type so this may work for me. I have my vehicle lettered and yellowpage add with not much response. Most are of replacements and they didn't know they could fix it before it cracked LOL. I am gonna get a nice looking tent and try and look as professional as possible :) Point is it the cheapest advertising you can get really.

Optic-Kleer... Do your techs stand the whole time? and did you buy a new windshield for that repair example?

Yes the guys do stand all the time and some are doing upwards of 10 repairs a day at around $100 per go. Screens are very cheap to buy shop around we get new one's for as little as $40 which is not a lot to make your pitch look good. I must add I am nothing to do with Optik-cleer however I do not a lot of guys that are.
33,000 + screen repairs over 18 years and still learning.
