AAA has always covered the repair even if you DONT have glass coverage as long as you have full coverage. so i understand your concern tolldini. this happened to me once just a couple months ago. it was me talking to AAA and they advised they don't cover it. I politely said ok and called right back and got somebody who knew what they were talking about. in your case I would have assured the customer that what AAA said is not true and call AAA yourself. they almost always will take the claim without the customer on. and if they do get the customer on thats ok as long as you stay on as well to straighten out anything wrong the customer service reps say and believe me that happens all the time.

Cool thanks Dgarza I will remember that. I thought they covered with out having to have glass coverage but was not sure.
