My disclaimer is similar to the waiver everyone signs before a medical procedure. When asking the client to sign it, I tell them it says in effect: "We're attempting to correct a potentially life-threatening condition. If the patient dies during surgery the doctor will not be held responsible." Besides putting the whole thing in perspective, it seldom fails to get a chuckle. Sometimes I tell them they are welcome to watch, but only if they're not squeemish; as I start working... "YIKES! It sounds like a dentist's drill.... I'm outta here."

I love this work !

Hello Goldstar,

That is a good idea. I know how hard it is when your starting out. You are not sure if your idea is right or how to put it to profit so to speak. I still fall into this category for allot of things and hope I always will. If possible, maybe you could post more detailed wording specifics about your disclaimer. This might help someone who is starting from scratch and would like to try your idea but is not sure how to word it correctly.

Thanks
