Who knows the repair tool from PS Service Systems

Hi i used to work with several repair tools including a drill, this year i visited Automechanica 2008 in Frankfurt and at the Mercedes-Benz expo i saw some people do repair shows, the did repair all kind of cracks i saw them do 4 different ones and they never used a drill, instead they had a tool they called a Cracker and it created a crack in a crack to get a air connection ( as i normally do with a drill ) . The final result after pressing and vacuming it whas gone , i realy had to look for it. They say that as they dont drill they cant damage anything inside or on the PVB layer, or leave a drill cyclinder witch i find disturbing after a good repair. Did any of you all ready hear of this system or do you know where i might be abel to get it?

If you search for drilling on this board you will find that over and over again I have been telling people that depending on the equipment you use you rarely need to drill, and you don't need to use any special tools to open up cracks. A good injector and good resin will fill nearly all breaks without doing anything special. There is nothing new or special about not needing to drill repairs.

Hard tipped probe with any tapping stick will open up most damages a bit, Perfect when you have started to fill and it is not flowing well, we have used this method for years. For drilling and popping it is always the slide hammer.
