In regards to a auto system or a manual system. There is still a chance to crack out a break with either system. If one is not watching what they are doing by being distracted by others can still crack out a repair...

Man this thread got off topic fast, GPH66 if you live near the Denver area I would be glad to show you the Delta Kits tools in person. You can even do a repair on my practice windshield if you want. My advice is that if you have it in your head to get into this business go ahead and do it. You could even just start part time if you want to.

Thanks for replying Roo! Yeah, I didn't mean for my post to start going down the road it did. It's obvious people have very decided opinions on kits & systems. I'd like to take you up on your offer to come try your Delta Kit. That would be great. I can be in Denver (Broomfield area) in a little over an hour. That's with good traffic though. Let me know how we can set this up.

adam@gtglass,

I just want to say that I think your posts on this forum have been very clear and to the point so far. I know how difficult it is to refrain from promoting your products on a board of this type, but you have done an outstanding job of answering questions about the products you sell without doing so. We will not always agree on things, but I certainly do agree with you that the right equipment for one person may not be the right equipment for the next person. I also agree with you and many other windshield repair forum members that regardless of the system used there will be good technicians and bad technicians. The right equipment is important, but it is only as good as the technician using it.

You and I are both biased as towards the equipment we sell, but it's nice to know that we can agree that there is more than one way to skin a cat. We can do far more for this industry in the spirit of cooperation than we can bashing each others products.

Thanks for respecting the windshield repair forum guidelines and forum moderators. Your presence is very welcome here.

Ye at the end of the day we are all doing one thing thats repairing stone chips .And you two are selling us the best equipment available to do the job. If I had more money I would buy both gt and delta there the best . Maybe you two and screenman could get together to right that windscreen repair manual. ;)
