roll out problems...?

Hello,

I've been using a Roll Out (reels and piano wire kind) windshield remover for about two years with a lot of success. Today I was removing the rear windshield on my asistant service managers personal car and the wire cut into the body panel and removed a 12 inch section of metal!! Freaking CRAP! The portion being cut was under the blacked out portion of glass and there was no to watch it happen.
just wondering if I am the only one to have a roll out ssytem cut away the body panels. My managers are pretty suspicious right now and assume I cut the metal away with a pnuematic knife. I don't blame them either, I never saw this coming. Anyone else?
