You will have to adjust the pay scale for the employees.......doubt you can find anyone at 4-5 an hour these days, but you could for 6-8!

This is a very good Telemarketing plan Mr Chips, I find it very easy to launch and has a lot of potential for everyone of us. A first try can be done with a girlriend or wife. I will talk this to my wife who is always trying to help me to get more customer. Thanks for the info.

You should also register your company name there and always adhere to the rules. We all hate the ones who abuse telemarketing. But there are thousands of companies who still do it as their main business and are very successful because of it.
Oh, not only follow the rules, but be extra considerate of those you (or your employees) call.
Treat them as you would like to be treated. Use common sense.
