Just for clarification. Unless you are able to set up a direct billing aggreement with a paticular insurance co. you will more than likely be calling the network(Lynx, HSG, SGC etc...) who administors for the the insurance company in question. If you use ACT for your EDI provider I believe you may also call them direct and they will take care of the back end approval. Hope that helps.
