mall /tent locations
mall /tent locations
quick question here for those of you with experience in this area , does anybody have experience setting up a Tent / banner within mall parking lots or say even a costco, wall mart ect ? Would you require mall approval to be on their premises ? And if so What are the approximate fees associated with being in a mall parking lot ? Is there a better way to go than Malls ? (thats not fleet or used car lots , Im done with that) Also my local mall has a WSR guy that camps out there 5-6 days a week however its a very large mall ,and he only sits on the one side , so if permission is needed by the mall , do they alloy multiple companies providing the same service to occupy the same property ?
Any veteran / experienced advise will be greatly appreciated
Thanks in advance,
John

Without knowing where you are or where the mall is located, it will be hard for anyone on this forum to answer your questions. I believe ALL the questions you asked could be answered by the mall executives. Give them a call.

T4K is correct, they are all different and you will have to contact the person in charge to find out what the "deal" is.
Guy across the street from me is charging $100 per month for a tent site. Back in Des Moines IA everyone wanted $500. Times they are a changing so I don't know what it might be a year from now.
I have been paying 150 a month for a real good spot here. We are still in Yuma. Staying warm!!!

Re: mall /tent locations
yes "our" mall is a good location. Six years now and every month the leasing agent receives calls from other companies in our biz. When the mall remodels, they know the direction I'd like to build the business/service and are very receptive to my ideas.
