What is every one thought on uv protection while working indoors? inside a shop in the shad with the doors open! is there a need to use uv protection ?
I have looked on the site and can not find the answer to my question, thanks for any experienced advice on this matter.

If there is light in the room without the use of electric lights, then there is UV light present. I use a UV cover all the time, no matter if I am inside or out.

There is one very simple answer; you should always use the UV protection of your choice, inside or out, summer and winter, rain or shine.
