Sure, Ill Take It!

Post by GLASSTIME »

So,
I got a call from a potential customer wih two chips in his WS. He says he spoke with Safelite and The Glass Doctor. Both in which are pretty large in this area.
He says that they both told him he would have to pay his deductible. I just gained approval for his same insurance company friday with a different customer though same insurance company.

I feel due to the fact that both these companies do more replacement they used "YOU HAVE TO PAY YOUR DEDUCTIBLE" to discourage my client into replacement as that must bring them more $$$.

I will let you guys know wha I find as this is just my theroy thus far!

Would the ins. company happen to St. Farm? They have changed the way they are excepting claims. They are not Waving if you did not have a glass waver out here. It is a cust. pay at that point...
It is funny, They are the ones that started waving deductibles, now they are the first to stop waving..

NO!! Its Montgomery. I know all about the St. Farm Hassles! I actually get a half a dozen St. Farm inquires a week! maybe only 3 will follow through with paying out of pocket.

Think about it.
Your a customer of St. Farm and you get a chip in your WS. You find someone that offers WSR and Maybe at a no cost to you program only to find out the Insurance you pay ever whenever doesnt offer it out of x amounts of other Ins. Co.

I would feel like the Insurance I pay ever x amounts of months doesnt appreciate my business enough to offer me Repair Options.
Im hoping for the sake of St. Farm and their presence in the repair industry they soon opt to return to the Repair Benefit to their clients.

I have only had one St. Farm to go through with it only because they have a $0.00 deduct.

Only one I have seen yet! He must have had a great driving history or empty pockets!
