Heat sink tool.

Post by screenman »

This tool is making a big difference to my dry out times they are much quicker. I cannot believe how quick it cools the glass down and allows those legs to reopen. This I feel could be one of the best tools to come into WSR for a good while.

I looked up heat sink tool, and all I found was a tool for soldering. I do not think that was what you are talking about... Do you have a pic or a link on what you are talking about?

If you donot have one..... You need to get one!
Perfect for Humid days or even after using your moister evaporator. Place it on there and it cools immediately!

There is a post here about it when Delta first began carrying the product! I'll try to find it for you!

Chad was talking about the post Star Runner! and the item can be found on our website HX1000 Heat X-Changer. The HX1000 Heat X-Changer works as a heat sink, removing heat from the glass and transferring it into the tool. The specially designed radial cooling fins allow the heat to rapidly dissipate so the tool heats slowly and cools quickly after use. The HX1000 is the fastest and safest way for a technician to cool the damage area prior to starting the repair process. Below, are some of the key benefits to it:

· 2” Surface diameter

· Anodized 7075 T6 Aircraft Aluminum Alloy

· Creates 21% more surface cooling area

· 45% Less Volume

· 6.3 ounce ergonomic design
