anybody familiar with Chris' Lens Restoration?

Greetings all,
I am going to add headlight restoration to my list of services/products. My top choice for HR kits is Delta (since the quality and technical support of their WSR kits are top notch).
While researching the number of people currently doing HR in my area, I found someone that uses Chris'. There are some interesting claims this technician advertises; no liquid is applied to the lens and they offer a lifetime guarantee on the reconditioned lens.
Does anyone on the forum have any knowledge or experience with this system?
