I don't need to back peddle on anything I say. We the "old timers" cut our teeth with out the internet by trial and error. It is a privilege for you all to have the forum to learn by from us "old timers". But the major problem is most of you don't take the time to read what has been wrote times over. That is what get most of us, having to try to say the same thing over and over every time a new tech comes around....

I am not a grumpy old timer as per say. Just trying to make a hard point to get you all to READ for your self and you will find 100% of what has been brought up all the time...

It is like the kidds, if you keep doing their homework, they will never learn to search out the info them self...
My kidds have learned the hard way also.

I will tell you, I am not as old as you may think either. I cut my teeth in this line at an early age like Brent.

Now that I explained myself I hope most of you know were you stand.... We are her to help you all get started, But we are not going to hold your hand.

I have found if I talk nicely no one will listen, but if I bark loud enough I will get someones attention. I seem to have your attention.

I am damn good at what I do and take a lot of pride in my work. to me, that is why my self and a few others are trying to get all of you new techs "newbie's" to learn the right way, not like a lot of the hacks that are out there.

I do not sugar coat to much, but I get the point across fast....

If any of you are offended to way I talk more less, OH well, it makes us stronger.

By the way, don't judge me by my user name, I don't think you "Could probably work circles around you. So chear up lil buckaroo" Your words...

I am full of more vinegar than most.

Lets leave it at than and get on with life.... Your call.

Wow! You came here asking a question right? He just gave an answer, probably not one you expected, but it sure is an answer.
And indeed, it's certainly not always all that exiting to see the same questions over and over again.
If you want help, that's fine, but your statement above won't be very helpfull.

Are you my long lost brother? We were posting the same thing at the same time... Finally, I have a brother to beat up on.

Ok folks, this banter has gone on long enough and I don't find it helpful for anyone. I know it bugs some of you old timers when a newbie asks a question that has been asked and answered here before, but the helpful thing to do would be to point them to the topic where they can find the answer, or if it really bothers you that much you can simply not respond.

Insults are not necessary and against forum guidelines so whether a newbie or an old timer please refrain from insulting other forum members.

Back on topic or move on please.
