Does anyone use A.C.T. ?

Does anyone use A.C.T. ? It looks fairly simple to use when it comes to insurance claims. Is this service worth it? I'm looking to get in the windshield repair business.

We do not use ACT.
If you want convenience, you could go with them but, depending the service, it is is going to cost.
We do not use third parties to deal with our claims.

I use ACT and I think that it is worth the little bit of money I pay for them to take care of my claims. Now that being said, there is no way that I would pay 12.95 to use them.I use the 2.95 per claim and I have never had any problems. The people there are very helpful but ofcourse I have been using LR for about 5 years and that helps.

Hi Bill, $2.95 per claim is not all that bad. But like I said, if you want more, it is going to be costly.

I have been using A.C.T. for a few months now. The way I file my claims differs based on the circumstances. When I have the opportunity to contact the customer's insurance company ahead of time to get a dispatch number, I do so and then it only costs $2.50 to have A.C.T. process the claim. When I don't have time to contact the insurance company myself, I let A.C.T. handle everything. It does cost $12.50 for the full service, but I find it is worth it because it allows me to begin working on the repair while they gather information from the Customer and then conference the customer in with his/her insurance company.
