Thanks Brent. In BC, all vehicle liability insurance must be purchased through ICBC (Insurance Corporation of BC) a provincially owned non-profit corporation. Optional coverage, which glass falls under, is sold by ICBC, but can also be purchased through any private Insurance Company one chooses. First, ICBC still sells 85% of all optional coverage in BC, and second, neither ICBC or any of the companies selling optional coverage, pay for chip and/or crack repair. So companies like ACT are of no use to me.

Yeah, in Canada there is an entirely different set of obstacles to overcome, but lots of chipped windshields!
