I should also add.........
IN MOST CASES.......we already know where to send the invoice (regional claims department, agent or home office claims office) and we seldom use the letter.
We find out where to send the invoice by CALLING the agent first and asking for the claims address and phone number, then we call them and ask where we should send the invoice (this is where they sometimes say, "you have to use the networks" - to which we say, "we have chosen NOT to use the networks, where can we send this invoice?"...........that usually works
