Yard Signs or Campaign Signs any idea??

I know here in my area of Louisiana you can't place the signs in the "Right of Way" of a street or highway. But if the property owner will aloow you to you can put them in their yard or on their property.
They can fine you if you put them up and someone conplains and you don't take them down if you are asked to.
