I noticed ACT has added a new option for an extra 3 bucks per claim you can get imediate payment of claims and they get paid when they get paid gotta believe this should shut up any of the ACT hater twits :D

Yes sir, It is called rapid pay. It is a nice service when starting out just to get the cash flow started.

hey i like act i have the full service plan besides eventualy ur gonna have to pay someone to deal with claims so it works out good for me

I agree. I use ACT for billing. I most often use them for full service claims, but on occasion if I have the time to get a pre-approved authorization from an insurance company, I will provide ACT with the info and it reduces the cost from full service (which I believe is about $12.50 per claim) to approximately $5.95 per claim. No matter how I figure it, the time and hassle they save me is well worth the extra money paid to them.
