Joking aside, it would be extremely difficult to decide who is the best, certainly would not be me by a long shot. I do spend a bit of time experimenting, it is something I enjoy also my trainee's keep asking questions and it would be a poor show not to have the answers to all the why this and why that. That said I am certain that many do quicker repairs, more sales, more efficient time management, and the list goes on.

What is the "best training?" I was trained by a guy that used the original 1970's Novus unit his dad used before him. I have designed and had manufactured a bridge similar to the CAT sold by Polylite and I use Polylite resins. I have to wonder if maybe technology and techniques have had any advances?screenman wrote:Whatever you do make sure you have the best training and carry the best standards you can into your business.

I know that this awesome forum is hosted by a manufacturer

HMMM! The best traing would be training that covers all techniques recommended by the mfg for the tooling you own, leaving you confident and proficient to enter the real world doing professional repairs with that tooling. Beyond that there are many common WSR techniques that are universal no matter what brand you use as with marketing tips. If you go to the MFG you get the paper to say you you are certified, if you train under someone in the biz make you certainly can get a great education with real world influence. BUT you could also get someone who thinks they are doing it right but are not and then that is what you will believe to be right so make sure you pick someone reputable.
