Outside of poor service comments, any one use this device or have used it and what is the pros and cons? Delta, do you have any comments on what Delta has over this tool in terms of technical or finished repairs. what flaws itmight have in terms of what they are selling?

No experience on this tool, just read there page on " Windshield Repair Physics ", I think some of their comments regarding other systems and suppliers is to say the least a pretty cheap shot, totally unprofessional.

Sorry, no experience with this tool. We have DK, GW. GM, UB, LR and even used to have the one Safelite and Superglass uses (with air compressor), but not the system you talk about.
I found it over-prized at the time when I was so crazy to buy all that stuff, just to play with, learn and be able to compare. I have been looking at their newer version (must have been three years ago) and it looked very nice.

There are a few videos posted on youtube about this product. It looks pretty good to me. anyone know the price?

Yes, the YouTube video makes it look great ... but then again, most videos of most systems are done in perfect conditions on breaks that are not the worst of breaks. most systems easily fill 80% of breaks ... it is the other 20% that are the challenge, and especially the 2%!
