Re: Why?
Its really no different than the 5 minute repair signs just a way to get the customer in and sure the rare repair does take 5 minutes but most take more but after the repair has started a little salesmanship they dont mind staying longer

Re: Why?
I'm sorry, this guy is hurting himself and the industry. The guy problibly has some very serious finacial problems, with a wife and kids depending on him to cloth and feed them along with a house payment? He is not only cutting himself short but the industry as a whole, to be quite honest it really "ticks" me off. If I were to run into someone working this "cheap", I would have to stop and ask him why he is "giving" his services away. I would rather do one repair and hour at market price that do 4 an hour at "give away" prices. This guy can't have any pride in his work or profession the way I see it.

Re: Why?
It was probably like GlassStarz said, it is only a way to get people in or at least that sounded good to me.GlassStarz wrote:Its probably like the Free Repair sign it gets you in and your repair takes a little more work than the basic so its more $ im sure he does some for the $10 but I doubt its many. I have seen several people who work this way and depending on the area you live in the customers are realed in differently. Pretty impoverished area down there gotta get em to stop somehow
