Insurance Question?

Are any of you registered with Allstate under Tier 1 status for repair? I've tried multiple times but get denied every time because of not having enough repairs billed and surveyed over a 6 month period. I know that Allstate takes customized offers into consideration and customer satisfaction but how would an independent ever reach Tier 1 status when Allstate will never allow you the job because your not on their Tier one list?

I am not sure how I got there but I've been tier one with Allstate for many years. Maybe when I joined they didn't have tier ratings.
