I have now owned two small businesses and I have dealt with numerous businesses, large and small. Delta Kits truly has the best customer service policy of any company I have ever dealt with in my life.

I find myself always complaining about how no one seems to care anymore about the customer. What happened to the old adage: The customer is always right"?

Delta Kits is always willing to help with any problem even if they didn't sell you the item. How can you ask for any better service than that?
