Strip malls?

Hey everyone I got a question for you.

So things have really slowed down for me lately. I was getting all of my work at a local lube station but business has died down to a trickle. For a while it looked like I was going to be ok, but the last two months have been so bad I'm at a point now if something doesn't change then I'm going to have to find a new address. So now I'm desperately trying to figure out how to up my sales so I don't lose the farm, so to speak.

I've tried cold calling off and on for a while now but never really got the hang of it. I've been going mainly to doctors offices, real estate companies and lawyers for my cold calling but that just isn't working out. Usually the person I'm looking for is busy with a client or something. So I was think of smaller strip malls. Do any of you work strip malls? If so how do you conduct the sale?
