I'm with Data Tranz and have been since I started doing repairs in 2006. I'm not sure of the who, what and whens of other EDI processors, but with these people, I see my money in about 2 weeks, I pay $2.49 per repair and thats billed to me at the end of month. They're just doing the processing, they're not paying me, I actually get my money from the networks. I'm actually getting ready to sign up for their software, once I do that, it's only $0.99 cents for each repair.

I've looked into other companies, and theres just nobody else out there that appeals to me like these guys.

So....for me I get my money in 2 weeks or less to answer your question. If you didn't get any email, notice, letter, or anything and it's approaching a month since the invoice was submitted, I would contact them and make sure it's been received.

I talked with Chris today from QuickFixx and he explained everything. You're right that the quick pay option was not available in December. Just recently I did another windshield with the quick pay and it worked great. No worries.
