I will get a uv bubble and heater soon, i saw someone mentioned using a cig lighter on an earlier post, does that work? If so I'll try that until I get the real deal.

Although they use the same type of element, you can't keep a cigarette lighter hot long enough to properly dry out a break. It starts to cool the second you remove it from the socket and you need to keep the element red hot for 20 seconds to be effective.

I just saw the price of the dry out tool, that is less than one repair now that is a bargain.

Always dry it out.
It only takes a minute.
Make it part of your routine.
