Survival in a Over Crowded Market

Post by candyman »

I see more WSR & HLR tech on the streets now than I did a few years ago when I started. Even in my small home town. I've been asked several times during the past few weeks how do I manage to compete with the bigger shops and fly-by-night scammers. My only answer is this, and it may help some of you new ones. I provide a needed service at a fair price. I practice honesty and integrity with all my dealings with the public and my customers. I try to do positive things that result in growth, and a satisfied customer base. I don't stop marketing or advertising just because the economy looks grim at the moment. I invest my time in my business and practice my skills. I try not to rush a job just for a quick dollar. I stay positive and upbeat even when things may seem gloomy at the moment. Persistents and perservere are two major words I rely upon in my daily activity. My prior customers are now my main source of income. They provide me with referrals, and repeat business. Word of mouth is driving my business forward . Its not where I would like it to be, but iam getting there one new customer at a time even in a depressed economy. You can't harvest when you dont sow the right seeds for your future. Have a great weekend !
