Does anyone know if there is a site

of all the insurance companies that Lynx covers and all the ones Safelite covers. Right now I'm currently only registered with Lynx and in process of getting registered with Safelite. I know the main companies both carry but wanted to know if there is a complete list out there.

I guess what I mean is today a lady called saying she has Metlife. I didn't know if Lynx covered and had to call them and they said no. I was on phone with customer so I didn't have her card. So, I'm trying to find a list of all ins companies that Lynx and Safelite both carry. The lady at Lynx said she didn't know if there was a full list anywhere of who all they cover, she just said that Metlife doesn't sound familiar.

Jeez, Metropolitan Life is huge. Just a typical script reading know nothing clerk! Call back and ask for a supervisor. These are the people who illegally steer business to Safelite,etc.
And as Screenman would say wet them and get some training. Sounds like you are jumping in without much knowledge- I did too almost 22 years ago. No internet to help. Got a windshield from a glass company friend, did 200 repairs, and hung up my shingle.
Use the search function here and check their u tube site. Did I say get some experience before even begin to charge $ = a lot of newbies here recently-don't trash your area by doing poor repairs. I see it almost every day.

I've been doing this for 9 years. I've just always charged cash. I'm new to owning my own business. But as far as repairs go, I've worked with my step dad since either 01 or 02. I just can't get a hold of him b/c he's out of town for a few weeks, so I came on here.
