ATX, Can I ask what made you go away from WSR seeing as it has a much higher hourly rate than the others do?

The honest answer is consistency.screenman wrote:ATX, Can I ask what made you go away from WSR seeing as it has a much higher hourly rate than the others do?
There's been more consistency in the detailing then there has been in the WSR, and since I'm actually a detailing company, this isn't a bad thing. I would much rather have consistency with all services, but unfortunately it hasn't been so...
I'm getting ready to put more focus into the WSR side of the business, especially now that I'm just about where I want to be with my detailing business (marketing/advertising).
We'll see...

Best of luck, I am sure you will do well with WSR.
the reason I asked the question is because I see so many people in what we call Smart Repair over here spending most of their time on the things that take the longest and earn the least per hour, I suppose it is the feeling busy factor. I much prefer to find what gets the best $$$ per hour and chase that, it does change slightly throughout the year but the clever bit is to guess when to make the changes.
