Sounds like moisture in the break.

Just turned the computor on as we are in a very different time zone to some of you, that would have been my answer as well. With water having roughly the same refraction index of glass it is often very difficult for some to see, hence my very old saying "if in doubt dry it out".

I think a slight pressure line around a bullseye after finishing is far better than a half filled repair. After all first and foremost we should be selling the restoration of structural strenght and the cosmetic improvement is a side product and a bonus.

I've recently discovered that bullseye breaks suck. I don't know what you guys relationship to the bullseye break is, but right now they are the bane of my existence.

Had a beautiful bulls-eye on a Land Rover LR3 and a Lexus today. Both turned out very nicely. :) +2

I have never given any thought to what is my favourite repair, for sure the simple bullseye is very easy to dry out and fill, but in terms of satisfaction it has to be the long crack repair for me.

With more pictures it would be far easier to work out any problems, it is what I encourage my trainee's to do.

Agreed.

Filling a crack is very satisfying.

Taking pictures can be fun too.

Easiest break to fill and the best looking when complete. But I live in a no moisture environment (cant remember the last one I had to dry out  ) and pressure cure to escape the little ring left by shrinking resin or released presure when the injector was removed. I hate the stars and cracks since the glass is generaly hot and more brittle you have to be careful not to set one off ;)
