Have you seen this - New bridge - B150 - in blue and green!

Funny - I was just considering a second bridge to speed things up, this is super small and looks like what I'm after ;)

Green please!

Cheers,

Pommy

Looks similar to the design of the American Windshield repair system. Although from the pics it looks like you can move the bridge up and down by loosing the nut. I like the simplicity of this bridge and injector.

Look closer, you can not move the bridge, but they make it also with a see though like the LR 360, The LR 360 does allow the bridge to slide also... Getting ideas from others and re disign them all into their system...
I personaly do like the LR 360 with the two levelers.

I have 4 mvps and love them.Although i wished it was just one screw but i guess the mvp is to wide for one screw.I have sent my mvps to Delta to put their stainless lever upgrade system on them and now they are top notch jusl like Delta and LR! Best of both worlds!

Hi Bill/Just Chippen...

I just watched the video on the MVP360 - is that the one you use?

It looks really fiddly - is it?

...and when you "pump" it rocks - that movement on the glass would break half of the repairs I do?

Of course, you are using 4 of them (Bill) - so is that just a bad video they made? Looks about 10 years old!

I use the Delta "B250 Flip-Lever Windshield Repair Bridge" and find it really easy and fast.

Code: Select all

http://www.deltakits.com/products/5/777
I went from a $2500 Maxim (Glass Technology) kit - to the Delta one, and the amount of set up - fiddling around with vacuum etc was a pleasure to wave goodbye to.

Cheers,

Pommy

Pommy, my MVP has a flip lever just like your delta bridge. As I said my MVP s have been modified by delta.I use a qt injector in them as well from LR.I own Delta injectors as well but use them sparingly.Delta and LR rock together. You know it is all about what you get use too.I will say this I love what both of the companies stand for! If our country could learn from them we would be in a lot better shape! Ok I am getting way off topic.

I use the RT on the 360 just for cracks or vert breaks, otherwise I use GT spectrum. I do have Delta just to see what the hoopla was about...... Sorry not impressed. The old saying "To each his own"
Setting up the Spectrum as to the Delta there is not much difference. You thread the injector in on, apply to glass set leveling feet. Same thing just different way...
The difference in in how they fill the breaks...

It is just how you were trained or or if you are able to learn new things...
