Good point, but I need to earn my status the hard way, just as you did.
First of all I have no board of directors to answer to. Right or wrong, my decisions are my own, which is why I post under my own name. The penny stops here! I let Jeff handle the forum because he is better at it than I am, plain and simple. However if I was sitting on the NWRA board of directors right now, I can tell you that there are a couple of directors that I would not want posting to this forum without some input from me. This makes good sense to me and is not at all unusual for this type of organization. If you want to be respected by your fellow board members, you have to work with them. One of the problems that the NWRA has had in my opinion is when a board member takes his/her personal opinion public without board approval. That is why you have the board in the first place, so no one person has too much power.
Your numbers work for me. As soon as you are on the board you can make that proposal and see where it goes. In fact, as a member you can certainly make that suggestion to the current board.
