Untapped Market?
I have a few problems with tents at the truck stop, first it says to the management ( we need to charge this guy rent ). Second, it can be tough to takeup any amount of space there, these trucks own the road and parking lot and will run your a** over. You also have the chance of it going airborne on you, it,s always real windy there.
My main concern is someone kicking me out or wanting 500 a month for rent. May be worth it if I was doing it full time and a real plus would be getting free advertising on their electronic sign on I 95.

CPR,
I am glad you do not price gouge the truckers. As a fellow driver, I know drivers have went thru the trials of rising fuel prices and insurance costs tripling. Thanks on behalf of all the drivers out here.
Also, another way to get to the to the center of the windshields is to have the driver open the hood and usually you could sit on top of the head of the engine. Thats what our people do at the company shop.

Thanks, I know these guys work hard and are getting hammered by fuel prices. They are also the nicest bunch of people, I have a great time just shooting the breeze with them. I make up for the low price on the snooty rv drivers, but hey they got it and their glass costs way more anyway. Give me a shout if you are going to be in FT. Pierce, I,ll run up and meet you.
CPR,
I'm sure the trucker's appreciate the discount and you're still coming out ok. From the trucker's I've met, they seem like very decent, hard-working guys.
You sound like a nice guy CPR. You will prosper and your business should continue to grow.
From the many posts you have put on this forum, it appears that you also are spending quite a bit of what free time you have helping others. My hats off to you.
