DIRECT BILLING I have a question concerning ins. billing seems like every one I have done a repair for so far has been with lynx. Safelite told me I will have to be signed up with them for a year .before I am on their prefered list,so there for I should direct bill. Can anyone tell me who should I send the bill to?And also . I did one state farm job. and they sent my customer the check because of an error on lynx's behalf. Good thing I knew the lady. So my second question is how can I insure my bill if I send it in direct will be paid to me and not my customer?

Welcome to the forum! Have you tried a search on "Direct Billing"?
You could have most of your questions answered. My advice, try to get payment up front then give your customer a copy of the invoice to turn in to his/her agent. They should get their money back in a week or so.
