true cost of network billed repair?

I was wondering what the real cost of a repair to the insurance company is. If Lynx pays 50, 10, 10 and Safelite pays 59.95, 10, 10 what are they really billing the insurance company?

When I first got into the WSR business 12 years ago. I would bill the insurance companies $74.95 For the first chip, $15 for the second and $10 for the 3rd. I wish they still did that because I would get $100 dollars for a triple chip repair.
