I remember one of you guys some time back talking about a coupling that fits into your 2" trailor hitch receiver that attached to a large unbrella. I would appreciate additional information on this device again. Also any source that provides a very large promotional unbrella that will fit into this adapter. I looked at the EZ up tents and the salesman indicated that one person could not put it up alone. Any comments from you guys that are using pop up tents for shade. :?: Thanks..

I found the very thing by going to google and typing in the word umbrella. It is a very clever device, but I didnt see any adaptation for a ball hitch, which is what I have on my truck :( .

Check out the AUTO-MO-BRELLA. I'm getting ready to order one myself. They only have the regular umbrella, but I'm going to buy an offset umbrella from another company. There's a lot of variety in quality for these umbrellas, prices range from under $100 to close to $400 for one that holds up to higher winds.

I would also visit a local welding shop, I bet they can make one up for 30-40 bucks. Right now I'm using a cast iron umbrella stand, they are inexpensive and work good as long as you dont walk away from it.

I put up my EZ-UP 10X10 by myself all the time. Only $70 at Academy Sports stores.

A trick I use to open the ez up is to tie one leg to my trailer hitch, then you dont have to do the ez dance to set it up.
