nwra / nga repair tech cert. questions
Newbie looking for advice
Hi Folks, I would like to hear some opinons about nwra repair cert. I bought the reference manual from nga($75.00). and have studied it through for a while now, i'm sure i could pass the exam but it's expensive and i wonder if it would be worthwhile. Also i would like a little info on joining the nwra i see that one can join for $99 through delta how do i go about getting that deal? Oh for what it's worth i have the cert. from Glass Mechanix but that's another story. So Thanks for your input it'll be appreciated!

Re: NWRA
I'm currently Deltakits certified ( well worth the time and money) and will pursue the nwra/nga tech cert.in the future. As a member, I use the NWRA logo on some of my literature and also tout my Deltakits factory cert. The nga cert. may come in handy if some of your "Girlie men " legislators out in California decide to follow the Connecticut trend.
It could help to grandfather you in later. Not trying to get political here Jeff--I'm just a fan of the Governor 8) 8)

Jeff,
Happy to see your still offering discounts for NWRA membership. It's something that all our new members should really take advantage of. It's all about your future guys.....if you really want to grow in this business. Give some support to the people that support you and your repair business. Increased membership over the last 6 months has already proven to be benificial to all of us. Think about it? By making one small sacrifice you'll not only be supporting your own endeavors but will continue to protect repair only services as our future employment.
