Thanks Coit for the response. I was really excited to hear about you doing 130+ jobs a month insurance alone, not counting all the other money you make from cash only. Made me start to re-think things. But Ohunter makes a pretty valid perception, by anyone's standards that is a whole lot of work and money to make no matter how you slice it. If I could do 1/3 of that life would be so sweet. I'm sure it can be done by someone who is very experienced and really knows how to sell like yourself. I'm only 26 but I'll be there one day. :eusa_clap Congrats on such a great income and again thanks for the responses.

Well every week is different for me. Sometimes I do work all week sometimes I don't. One of the keys that really help me sell lots of chips is because when I walk into an office, I don't try to sell everyone at once. I find the nicest car, most of the time its the owners or managers. I do their car first, and get it all done. Then once the costomer comes out and is blown away by the job I then hit him up on who owns the other cars. Then its not me, but someone they trust to sell them. Thats why over half of the jobs I do are at the same place, its very common for me to walk into an office and come away with 2 or 3 jobs at one place. But the key is to not sell everyone at once. I hope that explains it a little better. :)

Hey Bios,
Well I don't actualy service the Dallas Area anymore. I moved to California and now live in the San Jose area which is about 40 miles south of San Fransico. I love the weather out here and everyone drives nice cars. I just changed my profile so that people didn't think I still live in Dallas (land of the blazing hot summers) :::Shudders:::: I hate the heat. Why are you in the Dallas Area?

I'm located about 50 miles northeast of Dallas along I-30. My market area includes Hunt, Hopkins & Delta counties. This includes Greenville, Commerce, Sulphur Springs & Cooper. Like may other new WSR's, I've learned alot from your (and others') posts. I've tried your technique of selling to office parks but there's not too many of those around here.

Sorry you're not in Dallas. I've was thinking about joining you for a day to learn some of your tricks. Unfortunately, I don't have funds to fly to sunny CA.
